back Rhubarb and / or Apple Crumble
Peel and chop rhubarb sticks and/or the baking apples
Place in ovenproof dish & sprinkle with sugar & cinnamon.
Mix sugar and flour and chop in butter.
Work with hands into a fine crumble.
Cover the fruit with the crumble and lightly firm down
Place at top of oven pre-heated to 180 c (fan ovens)
Bake for 20 mins.
